No bidder may retract a bid made during thesale for any reason.Payment of 10% of the purchase price isdue immediately upon the auctioneer’sdeclaration of sale. The balance is due in fullon or before 3:00 pm on the first business dayfollowing the auction. Should a bidder default onpayment in any manner whatsoever, withoutlimiting any recourse AA may have, bidderagrees to pay AA all lost auction fees (whichis the maximum published rates for (1) theseller’s commission, (2) the buyer’s premium,and (3) the entry), this amount is due andpayable without relief. Bidder will also beliable to seller for its damages. Bidder herebyauthorizes AA to deduct these lost auctionfees from bidder’s cash deposit, or to chargethis amount to bidder’s credit card provided.Bidder agrees not to dispute this charge withthe credit card company at any time.
