Completedforms, along with payment and a signed waiver, must be submitted via mailno later than April 10, 2014.Adult Volleyball LeaguesA Coed <strong>Recreation</strong>al Volleyball League will beconducted at the Ford Community & Performing ArtsCenter on Wednesday nights this fall/winter, beginningOctober 9.Teams may carry a maximum of 15 players, each ofwhom must be at least 18 years old as of October 1,<strong>2013</strong>.Teams are required to pay a $350 entry fee and$12/match in officiating fees.Schedules will be composed of at least 12 matchesand post-season playoffs.Team registration begins September 4 and concludesOctober 2. Space is limited and teams will be acceptedon a first-come, first-served basis.A mandatory managers’ meeting will be heldOctober 2 at 7 p.m. at the Ford Community andPerforming Arts Center.
