camp dearborn<strong>2013</strong> <strong>Fall</strong> <strong>Activities</strong> CAMP DEARBORN<strong>Camp</strong> <strong>Dearborn</strong> is the city’s unique 626-acre recreational retreat near Milford, approximately 35 milesnorthwest of <strong>Dearborn</strong> City Hall.Established in 1948, <strong>Camp</strong> <strong>Dearborn</strong> offers a wide range of recreational venues and amenities, including ahalf-mile of sandy beach, athletic fields and tennis courts, shaded picnic areas, swimming and fishing lakes,concession stand, miniature golf course, 27-hole championship golf course and family-oriented campingfacilities.Gate Admission<strong>2013</strong> Season Stickers ($25 for residents and $35 for non-residents)are valid through May 23, 2014.Vehicles not registered on a camping site or which don’t have aSeason Sticker are assessed a daily admission fee.Resident Automobile Admission Fees:May 26-September 30, <strong>2013</strong>* $4Weekdays after 5 p.m. $3October 1, <strong>2013</strong>-May 24, 2014 $3Special Events $10*<strong>Dearborn</strong> senior citizens (age 60 and over) are admitted freewith proof of age and residency.Non-Resident Automobile Admission Fees:Through September 30, <strong>2013</strong>** $6Weekdays after 5 p.m. $3October 1, <strong>2013</strong>-May 24, 2014 $3**Non-resident senior citizens are charged the daily resident rate.Overnight <strong>Camp</strong>ingOvernight campers stay in Tent Village 1, where they have theoption of providing their own tent or camping vehicle, or reservinga stay in one of the 118 tents or 30 cabins maintained by <strong>Camp</strong><strong>Dearborn</strong>.<strong>Camp</strong>sites<strong>Camp</strong>ers providing their own tent or RV may select fromsites that provide either (1) electric, water and sewer or (2) justelectric.
