CONSTRUCTION BACKLOG INDICATOR – CBI Enem<strong>on</strong>a AD is the first public c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> company in Bulgaria to publish the indicator C<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> Backlog Indicator – CBI <strong>on</strong> a c<strong>on</strong>solidated basis. As of June 30, 2012, the C<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> Backlog Indicator – CBI of Enem<strong>on</strong>a <strong>on</strong> a c<strong>on</strong>solidated basis totals BGN 143milli<strong>on</strong>, a 9.16% increase as compared to the end of 2011. The C<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> Backlog of c<strong>on</strong>tracts already signed is estimated as a difference between the total value of all c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tracts signed as at a certain moment (both currently under executi<strong>on</strong>, and for future executi<strong>on</strong>) and the amount of the revenue already recognized under IAS 11. The indicator is sector orientated and shows the revenue from c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tracts, which the Group of Companies can expect in the future if no more c<strong>on</strong>tracts are signed. ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY WORKS, INCLUDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY The business line Engineering, c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> and assembly works in the field of energy, industry, envir<strong>on</strong>ment and energy efficiency renders the following engineering, c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> and assembly services, comprising the complete project value-added chain: design and engineering – expert appraisals, design, c<strong>on</strong>sultati<strong>on</strong>s, analyses, technical-ec<strong>on</strong>omic designs, project planning and management, supervisi<strong>on</strong> during project executi<strong>on</strong>, preparati<strong>on</strong> of hand-over documentati<strong>on</strong>, c<strong>on</strong>trol over resources and project implementati<strong>on</strong>; c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> and assembly works as well as steel structures manufacturing within the following areas: architecture and c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong>, water supply and sewerage, heating, ventilati<strong>on</strong> and air c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>ing, plant and technology, installati<strong>on</strong> of fire alarm systems; electrical installati<strong>on</strong>s, instrumentati<strong>on</strong> and c<strong>on</strong>trol – electrical installati<strong>on</strong> works, installati<strong>on</strong> of measuring and c<strong>on</strong>trol instruments and devices, lightning protecti<strong>on</strong> systems, earthling systems, etc.; startup and set-up works, commissi<strong>on</strong>ing and testing during plant installati<strong>on</strong>, c<strong>on</strong>trol of instruments, special systems and equipment, etc.; maintenance, m<strong>on</strong>itoring and warranty services. Enem<strong>on</strong>a also provides a full scope of customized soluti<strong>on</strong>s for energy saving measures and implements them in private and public buildings, industrial and power generati<strong>on</strong> facilities with the aim to reduce energy losses in the power and heat supply infrastructure as well as to increase the efficiency ratio of the power generating equipment. In 2006 EESF SPV was founded by Enem<strong>on</strong>a AD (as a majority shareholder) with the aim to finance the investments made under ESCO c<strong>on</strong>tracts.
