BE PaRT OF THE GLaM UR ENTRY FORM 1. One form must be completed per person entering the Awards. 2. You must submit this entry form to receive via email your questionnaire template for each category. 3. All submissions must be work completed within the Awards period: March 2010 to March 2011. 4. Submission deadline: 5pm, Tuesday 8 March 2011. SUBMISSIONS Once your entry/nomination form has been received, Hair Expo will email you a questionnaire and specifications for the required supporting documentation that you will need to submit with your entry. 50% weighting is given to your written response, the questionnaire, which covers all aspects of your submission, from why you believe you deserve to win to testimonials and press coverage. In addition to the questionnaire, the creative categories require photographic collections which make up the remaining 50%. The collections consist of six photographs with a minimum of four different models, and a variation in styling throughout the six shots. For complete details of the submission process please visit www.hairexpoaustralia.com/awards THE JUdGING PROCESS Judges are leaders in their field from Australia and New Zealand with a strong representation of former award winners. All proceedings during judging are strictly confidential. All judges are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and no discussion occurs during or after the judging. All voting is conducted strictly by a confidential ballot, with counters and scrutineers audited independently by external accountants. All photographs are given a code and judged anonymously, except for Salon Design. The finalists will be selected during the preliminary judging in April 2011.
