Focus onand enjoy the task in front <strong>of</strong> you, for example eat your dinner while listening to soothingmusic instead <strong>of</strong> being distracted by television and barely noticing what you are eating.Our behavior needs to reflect conservation and frugality. Don’t waste, and don’t consumeexcessively. Reduce the clutter around you for good mental health. Determine which areyour extraneous possessions and donate them to agencies so that others can use them.Less is more.
