Lemon- flavoured lambCooking and preparation time- 1 hourServes- 4Ingredients~ 450 grams of lamb (diced into 1cm cubes)~ 225 grams of Onion, finely chopped~ 50 grams Garlic, crushed~ 50 grams Almonds without the skin~ 50 grams of ground coriander~ ½ teaspoon of grated lemon rind~ Salt to taste~ 40ml of sunflower oil~ 1 teaspoon of Garam masala~ Lemon juice to tasteTo garnish~ Lime and lemon slices~ Whole almonds with skinMethod1) Grind onion , garlic and ground coriander in a food processor2) Stir in oil, lemon rind and salt3) Dip all the lamb pieces in this mixture and marinade for 30 minutes to an hour4) In a heavy bottomed, non stick pan add lamb along with the marinade5) Start cooking until all the liquid evaporates and oil starts separating; this should take5 minutes6) Add just enough water to cook the lamb. Cover and simmer until lamb is tender7) Add garam masala and lemon juice.
