Senior Leadership team monitor progress identify<strong>in</strong>gboth excellent achievement <strong>and</strong> under achievement.Effort 1 – Always makes maximum effort 2 – Generally makes good effort 3 – Needs to make greater effort 4 –Cause for concern** Parents should be contacted.3

Form tutors monitor student progress <strong>and</strong> will discusswith their students dur<strong>in</strong>g form <strong>in</strong>terviews. Sixth Form Academic Mentors can provide 1‐2‐1support where necessary. Student Support track students progress alongsidethe Senior Management Team. Parent’s even<strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong> year 10 <strong>in</strong>terview with parents.5
