After sixyears in the USA hereturned <strong>to</strong> the UK, wherehe has divided his timebetween being aprofessional painter andplaying music. Peter Heard beganpainting back in the 1970sand achieved internationalrecognition very early on.He exhibited with BerylCook and Martin Leman atLondon’s Portal Gallery,where he had five sell-outshows. duart castle, mull watercolour 21 x 29 insBob Rudd RI studied atthe Bath Academy of Artand is a member of theRoyal Institute of Paintersin Watercolour. He hasexhibited widely, collectingprestigious awards alongthe way. His work is heldin public and corporatecollections including thePermanent Collection ofthe House of Commonsand the House of Lords.Bob works in purewatercolour and in oils,painting strong images ofthe landscapes and grandbuildings of Britain, fromthe north of Scotland <strong>to</strong>the tip of Cornwall. ‘”I try<strong>to</strong> capture the spirit of theplace and also theexcitement I felt when Iwas there. Harry Price RI studied atHereford College of Artand the West of EnglandCollege of Art, later gainingan MA from MiddlesexPolytechnic. Since retiringfrom the School of Art atCoventry University he hasdevoted himself <strong>to</strong> paintingfull time and his work isexhibited widely. He is amember of the RoyalInstitute of Painters inWatercolour.Harry is captivated by thetranslucency and fluidity ofwatercolour. angel boat duet ceramic 10.5 x 13.5 x 2.5 insSarah Noël studied inSwansea and at theUniversity of the West ofEngland, Bris<strong>to</strong>l, and nowlives and works by the seain an old farmhouse on therural Gower peninsula,South Wales. Her work isexhibited in galleries andheld in collections in Walesand England.Fascinated by medievalfigurative wood and s<strong>to</strong>necarvings, sketching is anintrinsic part of Sarah’sworking process, and shefills sketchbooks with penand ink drawings offigures, buildings, boats,angels and ecclesiasticalgrotesques.
