Based on the data,the relevant impacts on various environmental components were alsopredicted by using appropriate mathematical models as well as impactassessment techniques. An appropriate environmental managementplan was also delineated to minimize the adverse impacts.E-5 AIR ENVIRONMENTThe ambient air quality monitoring was carried out at six AAQMlocations, with a frequency of twice a week, to assess the existingsub-regional air quality status during the month of Jan-11 to March-11. Respirable Dust Sampler along with the analytical methodsprescribed by CPCB was used for carrying out air quality monitoring.At all these sampling locations; PM 10 , SO 2 and NOx were monitored on24-hourly basis to enable the comparison with ambient air qualitystandards prescribed by the Central Pollution Control Board.EIA report of M/s.
