CONSULTANCY I have carried out consultancy work on a range of projects since 2004, including: • Co-‐authored a literature review of mobile technologies and learning, commissioned by Nesta Futurelab. • Attended the Microsoft Mobile Learning Summit, a commissioned advisory group for Microsoft on the use of mobile learning technologies. • Consulted on design and carried out field studies for MyArtSpace/OOKL project, funded by Culture Online (Department for Culture, Media and Sport). • Worked as a software developer to build working demonstrator of mobile system for language learning, using a mixture of interactive text and games, funded by Sharp Labs of Europe. • Conducted heuristic evaluations of web portals for delivering e-‐learning materials, commissioned by the Welsh Assembly and Vitae.ac.uk. • Developed a logistics simulator for Intier Automotive. • Produced reports on learning spaces for the JISC e-spaces project at University of Birmingham. • Developed an online product selection tool for GDM Coolers.
