Why play is important? Play is essential to development
because it contributes to the cognitive, physical, social,
and emotional well-being of children.
Play allows children to use their creativity while developing
their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive, and
emotional strength. It is through play that children at a very
early age engage and interact in the world around them.
In Bee Bee Kids Playgroup, we have six learning profiles of
children which are: A Creative Child, An Inquisitive Child, An
Expressive Child, A Confident Child, A Healthy Child and A
Friendly Child. Each one of these profiles has their own
importance. This time, we are focusing on three of those
profiles which are: A Creative Child – Creativity and
Imaginative Play, An Inquisitive Child – Growing up and Making
connections through play, and A Friendly Child – Playing with
others helps me to belong.

Children become creative and imaginative through
exploration and discovery as they experiment with
sound, media and movements, etc. Creativity,
imagination and representation allow children to share
their thoughts, feelings, understandings and identities
with others, using drawings, words, movement, music,
dance and imaginative play.

幼 兒 會 藉 著 試 驗 聲 音 、 媒 體 和 動 作 等 探 究 和 發 現 活 動
而 變 得 有 創 意 。 他 們 會 運 用 其 創 意 和 想 像 , 透 過 圖
畫 、 語 言 、 動 作 、 音 樂 、 舞 蹈 和 想 像 遊 戲 等 , 分 享 他
們 的 思 想 、 感 覺 和 理 解 他 們 生 活 中 的 人 和 事 。

An inquisitive child values relationships with parents and
care givers. Through these relationships they gain
confidence and strength.
This confidence allows the child to explore and
discover the world.

一 個 愛 探 索 的 孩 子 能 透 過 與 周 遭 事 物 接 觸 認 識 自 己 和
自 己 的 能 力 。 孩 子 能 被 父 母 和 照 顧 者 肯 定 和 承 認 , 是
獲 得 信 心 和 發 展 內 在 能 力 的 泉 源 。
從 親 密 的 關 係 中 , 讓 孩 子 在 安 全 的 環 境 下 探 索 世 界 ,
從 而 發 展 出 自 我 肯 定 和 提 昇 歸 屬 感 。

培 育 親 切 感 的 最 佳 方 法 , 就 是 讓 幼 兒 與 家 人 生 活 在 一 個 溫 暖 和 關 愛
的 環 境 中 。 培 育 幼 兒 愛 交 朋 友 的 素 質 , 首 先 是 擴 闊 他 們 的 社 交 發
展 , 包 括 友 情 、 關 愛 別 人 、 學 懂 禮 貌 , 分 享 感 受 和 經 驗 , 從 而 成 為
一 個 有 歸 屬 感 及 享 受 群 體 共 處 的 孩 子 。

幼 兒 腹 瀉 的 護 理
腹 瀉 是 幼 兒 常 見 的 疾 病 , 幼 兒 腸 胃 沒 有 發 育 完 全 , 抵 抗 力 較 低 , 所 以 常 常 出 現
腹 瀉 。 幼 兒 出 現 腹 瀉 情 況 , 應 觀 察 幼 兒 的 精 神 狀 態 、 腹 瀉 及 嘔 吐 次 數 、 大 便 的
形 狀 ( 水 分 多 少 、 顏 色 、 有 無 黏 液 及 膿 血 ), 並 給 予 適 當 的 護 理 。 以 下 是 幼 兒
腹 瀉 的 護 理 小 知 識 。
1、 合 理 母 乳 喂 養
母 乳 含 有 幼 兒 所 需 要 的 多 種 消 化 酶 和 抗 體 , 各 種 營 養 成 分 都 非 常 適 合 幼 兒 消 化
和 吸 收 , 母 乳 喂 養 對 幼 兒 的 腹 瀉 預 防 和 治 療 都 有 好 處 。
2、 謹 慎 服 藥
千 萬 別 亂 用 抗 生 素 。 實 際 上 抗 生 素 只 對 細 菌 性 腹 瀉 有 效 。 如 是 病 毒 所 致 , 或 由
於 飲 食 不 當 而 引 起 的 腹 瀉 , 抗 生 素 不 但 無 效 , 反 而 會 殺 死 腸 道 內 的 “ 好 ” 細
菌 , 引 起 菌 群 紊 亂 , 加 重 腹 瀉 。
3、 飲 食 合 理
有 噁 心 嘔 吐 的 幼 兒 , 除 了 應 給 易 消 化 的 食 物 外 , 要 少 量 多 次 , 緩 慢 餵 水 餵 飯 。
當 腹 瀉 嘔 吐 特 別 嚴 重 時 , 可 以 少 餵 食 物 1〜2 次 , 現 在 不 主 張 長 期 禁 食 。
4、 補 充 液 體
對 於 輕 、 中 度 脫 水 只 要 堅 持 餵 哺 , 脫 水 一 般 可 以 糾 正 。 也 可 以 用 米 湯 或 開 水 作
補 充 水 份 。
5、 皮 膚 護 理
幼 兒 皮 膚 嬌 嫩 , 腹 瀉 時 排 出 的 大 便 酸 性 較 強 , 而 且 大 便 次 數 多 。 應 要 勤 換 尿
布 , 每 次 大 便 後 用 溫 水 清 洗 臀 部 , 保 持 皮 膚 清 潔 乾 燥 。
以 上 是 給 父 母 介 紹 的 幼 兒 腹 瀉 的 護 理 。 父 母 一 定 要 多 了 解 幼 兒 的 身 體 , 給
他 最 適 合 的 。
