1969
On March 15, Leonard Piasta and
wife Linda celebrated their 30th
wedding anniversary
1999
Alexander Joseph Marouf has
just passed the bar exam and is
officially a lawyer!
2001
Nicole Nasierowski graduated
in 2013 with her Masters in
Counseling from Oakland
University. She is currently
providing outpatient mental health
therapy to all ages at Easter Seals
of Michigan. Nicole resides with
her 10 year old son Rylan.
Melissa (Montano) Hoban and
her husband, Aaron, welcomed
their second son on May 6. Baby
Mitchell joins big brother Wesley,
who turned two in June.
2003
Lindsey (Bieber) Adkins, obtained
her Master’s Degree in Art
History/Museum Studies from
George Washington University in
Washington, D.C. in 2009. After
living in Washington, D.C. for
7 years, she and her husband
moved to London, England, in July
2014. She works as a fundraiser
for an environmental charity and
volunteers at various museums.
2005
Katelynn (Bieber) Harnadek
married Michael Harnadek on
January 17, 2015. Katelynn
obtained her BA in Elementary
Education with a ZA in Early
Childhood Education from
Michigan State University in
2009. She is now teaching prekindergarten
for a second year in
Southfield Public Schools. She is
currently working on her Master’s
Degree at Marygrove College.
Michael obtained a BS in chemistry
from Michigan State University and
works at Henkel Corporation in
Madison Heights.
2007
Anne (Traynor) Mergener was
married on
October 4,
2014 to Allan
Mergener.
Anne and
Allan were
married at
Guardian
Angels
by Father
Gerry. Both
graduated
in May
2015 from
Michigan
State University College of
Veterinary Medicine. Anne is soon
to be commissioned a Captain in
the Army Veterinary Corps and
will be stationed at Fort Belvoir,
Virginia.
2008
Jessica Bieber earned her BS
in Hotel Management & Tourism
from Grand Valley State University
in 2012. Through Grand Valley’s
program, she quickly secured
a position with White Lodging,
which owns many hotels
internationally. She was recently
awarded the Excalibur Award and
currently works as the Assistant
GM at a Marriott in Grand Rapids.

2010
Michael Wille is going to Physician
Assistant School at the University
of the Cumberlands in Kentucky.
He recently graduated from
Oakland University, where he
played club football. He helped
to bring the team to a National
Championship in 2014.
Bridget O’Brien is starting
graduate school at the University
of the Cumberlands in Kentucky
for a Master’s Degree as a
Physician Assistant.
Logan Nabozy graduated from
Hillsdale College this spring with a
degree in Spanish and International
Business. He traveled to Denmark
in February to participate in an
internship where he worked to
teach English to students. After
graduating, Logan plans to pursue
an opportunity working with
AmeriCorps in the Western United
States and the Peace Corps after.
In Remembrance
Bishop Foley Catholic High School
would like to express our deepest
condolences to the following
alumni who have passed away
recently. Our thoughts and prayers
are with their family members and
friends.
Patrick Shea, Class of 1991, passed
away on December 6, 2014.
Patrick’s sister, Rachel (Shea)
Videan, Class of 1987, passed
ten days later on December
16, 2014. Both Rachel and
Patrick battled Cystic Fibrosis.

Our thoughts and prayers are
with the Shea Family and all of
Patrick & Rachel’s friends and
family during this difficult time.
Janice Pinelli, Class of 1991, passed
away after battling a prolonged
illness on January 26, 2015.
