As it says in Ecclesiastes 11:6, “In the morning, sow yourseed.”Life – Kaf – West: From one perspective, if seed is the beginning of what is to be, life isthe record of what has been. Our life, as we know it, is the sum of our memories andexperiences. At the end of the day the sun sets in the west, and we reflect on the life thatwe constructed in the hours previous.Dominance – Peh – North: As we venture into the north, our world becomes harsher andfull of challenges and difficulties. Survival itself becomes a struggle in the bitter cold.Consequently, the need to dominate and control nature comes to the forefront.Peace – Resh – South: In the south life is easier, and we do not have to engage in theimmediate struggle for dominance and survival that is characterized by the north.
