Outdoor Winter RecreationIce SkatingMiddle Park Lagoon located on Parkway Drive is open for free outdoorpublic ice skating. For safety reasons, the ice thickness must reach 6” orgreater before the <strong>Bettendorf</strong> Parks and Recreation Department will approve thelagoon for ice skating activities. The light above the warming house will be green when it issafe and red when it is not safe.Cross Country SkiingCrow Creek Park located at 4800 N. Devils Glen Road has an <strong>of</strong>ficial cross country trail used in thesummer months by various schools for track meets. This trail makes a beautifully scenic crosscountry skiing trail in the <strong>winter</strong> months!
