Please keepin mind the following changes and additions to this show:► General Meeting Location:The show kicks off with the General Meeting on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. in Room 601 of the Colorado ConventionCenter - please look for signs.► Show Floor Areas:The show floor area will be held in Exhibit Hall C. There are writing tables located in the rear and on the sides ofthe show floor.► Hot Show & Buyers’ StrollThese combined events will take place on the show floor, immediately following the General Meeting. This eventallows members and vendors a buffet dinner and a head start on the official show opening at 8:30 a.m. Fridaymorning.► Roundtable Discussions:The Roundtable Discussions will take place in Rooms 704 and 706 in the lobby-level of the Convention Center onFriday at 7:30 a.m. The topics will be the same for both rooms. PO as a cover sheet & enter above information plus order total on the cover PO.Sign orders in authorized buyer’s signature block.Keep individual pages of multiple-page orders together.Sports, Inc. does not have detailed purchase order information, so it is important thatbuyers give the vendors all information necessary to process the orders.
