PO as a cover sheet & enter above information plus order total on the cover PO.Sign orders in authorized buyer’s signature block.Keep individual pages of multiple-page orders together.Sports, Inc. does not have detailed purchase order information, so it is important thatbuyers give the vendors all information necessary to process the orders.
