June 2011 Show – Denver, COSHOW PROCEDURESShow Order Tips:Use a Sports, Inc. purchase order to assure proper billing.Enter all information completely (e.g. store & vendor name/address, terms, ship date, etc.).Extend pricing & enter page total on PO, or if using preprinted order forms, attach a Sports,Inc. PO as a cover sheet & enter above information plus order total on the cover PO.Sign orders in authorized buyer’s signature block.Keep individual pages of multiple-page orders together.Sports, Inc. does not have detailed purchase order information, so it is important thatbuyers give the vendors all information necessary to process the orders. For any dealsnegotiated outside of the standard show offer, (i.e. special terms, special pricing), it is agood idea to get written confirmation from the sales representative.Order Copies:Dealers should give the original (white) copies of all orders to the exhibitors at their booths.All remaining copies are for your records.Show Order Deadline – Thursday, July 7 thIf there are orders you are unable to complete while at the show, the deadline to get all showorders turned into vendors is July 7 th .Your SuperHot Show Summary Sheet AND ePO Log must be also be submitted to theSports, Inc. office by July 7th to receive the full $2,000 Attendance Rebate.$2,000 Show Rebate Requirements:The $2,000 Show Attendance and Participation Rebate is paid out as follows:ooo$1,000 check at the show for pre-registering and being represented at the start of theGeneral Meeting Thursday June 23 rd at 4:00 p.m.$750 check at the show for: working the show floor from start to finish and beingrepresented at the Closing Meeting Saturday June 25 th at 12 noon.$250 check mailed after the July 7th show order deadline for submitting your ShowPO Log on-line to SportsWeb AND submitting your SuperHot Show Summary Sheet tothe Sports, Inc. office.• Turn in your SuperHot Show Summary Sheet to the Sports, Inc. office at the endof the show OR fax to (800) 227-7207 by the July 7 th order deadline.• Submit your Show PO Log electronically using SportsWeb by the July 7 th showorder deadline.4
