A CHALLENGE CUP (52), presented by Mr C R Driver to the National PonySociety for annual competition at the Surrey County Agricultural Society’sshow for the Champion Mountain and Moorland pony. The winning pony tobe registered with the National Pony Society or its respective breed society.The owner to be a member of the National Pony Society.Champion 253Reserve 303The NPS/Kilmannan Stud SILVER MEDAL ROSETTE, is offered by theNational Pony Society for the best registered pony in the M & M In-HandSection. To be judged under the Rules of the NPS. NPS Silver MedalRosettes are only awarded when the Owner of the champion pony is a Full,Standard or Life member of the NPS. A valid membership card must be in theRider’s/Handler’s possession on entering the ring and be producedimmediately on request by either the judge or the steward. If the Owner of theChampion pony is not a member, or the Owner’s membership card is notimmediately produced, the rosette may be awarded to the Reserve Championprovided they have the required membership card. If the Champion pony haspreviously qualified it is still entitled to the Silver Medal Rosette but theQualification Card goes to the Reserve Champion pony, provided the Ownerof that pony is a member of the NPS. The Silver Medal Rosette and theQualification Card can be awarded no lower than first Reserve. Qualifiers areentitled to compete in the final of the Silver Medal Rosette Championship tobe held at the NPS Summer Championship Show 1st-3rd August 2012. Mixed Height classes 1st, 2nd and3rd qualify only. Qualification cards will not be presented in the ring. Resultsmust be submitted to the Ponies (UK) office within 3 days of the qualifyingshow.
