industrial exhibition<br />
The industrial exhibition is located at the arena fl oor of the Spektrum.<br />
Opening hours are:<br />
Wednesday, June 9, 2010: 09.30 - 18.00 h<br />
Thursday, June 10, 2010: 07.30 - 18.00 h<br />
Friday, June 11, 2010: 07.15 - 18.00 h<br />
Saturday, June 12, 2010: 07.30 - 13.00 h<br />
poster exhibition<br />
The poster exhibition is located in the foyers and on the arena fl oor of the Spektrum. All<br />
posters should be placed on the relevant poster board. Posters may be set-up on Tuesday, June 8,<br />
16:00-18:00 and Wednesday, June 9, 08:00-09:30.<br />
Posters should be removed on Saturday, June 12, 10:00-13:30. Posters not removed at this time<br />
will be discarded. Posters and other material can not be sent to your home address after the<br />
conference.<br />
speakers’ information and media-check<br />
The media check is located on the 3rd fl oor of the Radisson Blu Plaza.<br />
All presentations must be uploaded via the web-based presentation tool called “Preseria” in<br />
advance. In case you would like to check the presentation fi les onsite you can visit the<br />
media-check at least two breaks prior to your session, i.e. if a presentation is being held during a<br />
morning session, it should be checked at the end of the day before. In the media-check technicians<br />
will be at your disposal. Personal laptops must not be used for presentations in the lecture halls.<br />
Speakers are kindly requested to follow the instructions of the chairperson and strictly keep to the<br />
time limit of their presentation.<br />
Welcome desk<br />
There will be a Welcome desk/Information desk at the Airport Gardermoen in Oslo. When passing<br />
through the exit door from the arrival hall please turn right. You will fi nd the Welcome desk after 25<br />
metres at your left just beside the OSL Information desk.<br />

In both venues – the Spektrum and the Radisson Blu Plaza – wireless internet access will be<br />
provided on all congress days free of charge.<br />
Workout opportunity during the 14th esska congress<br />
As a participant during the 2010 ESSKA meeting in Oslo, you have the opportunity to visit the gym<br />
SATS to get a workout during the congress days.<br />
SATS is a complete fi tness centre that offers studio-training and exercise classes such as aerobics<br />
and spinning. It is located in the congress venue Oslo Spektrum and it is open all days during the<br />
congress from 6.15 am – 11 pm (Friday 6.15 am-9 pm, Saturday 10 am - 6 pm). As a participant<br />
you will have free access to the centre by showing your conference pass.<br />
