BOOKINGPlanning a Wedding can be daunting but our enthusiastic Wedding Co-ordina<strong>to</strong>rs can take the worry out of arranging the day.We will get involved as much or as little as you like with suggestions and advice on everything from the layout of the room, table dressing,pho<strong>to</strong>graphs, menus, entertainment and general wedding pro<strong>to</strong>col.If you decide <strong>to</strong> proceed, it is necessary at this point <strong>to</strong> look at dates and <strong>to</strong> contact the local Superintendent Registrar on 03000263263or your chosen Church <strong>to</strong> ensure available dates and times. Once a date has been chosen, it is necessary <strong>to</strong> pay your £700 deposit and signour Contract <strong>to</strong> conf irm the date.Your guests will receive a 10% discounted rate from our accommodation tariff (for the night of the wedding only) if booked directly withthe Hotel. Please advise your guests <strong>to</strong> book early, ideally before you send your guest invitations.Twelve months before the wedding, a payment of 25% of the basic pack price is payable.Six months before your wedding, you will be invited <strong>to</strong> come along <strong>to</strong>South Causey Inn and we will sit down and discuss the details of your wedding menu choices, numbers of guests, table plans, tablesettings and colour schemes, timings and all the personal details that go <strong>to</strong> make your day very special.
