If we are out of stock on any item, overthe value of £4.95, you will be notified and theremainder of your order will be sent as soon asthe goods are available. Items valued at £4.95 or less willneed to be reordered at a later date.Damaged/Missing GoodsPlease contact us if you have not received yourorder when it is expected. Parcels sent by ourCourier Service are rarely delayed or go missing.Do not accept any package if it appears damagedand notify us immediately if you have refused thepackage. It is always advisable to sign for goodsas ‘unexamined’. In the event of a claim againstthe carrier, you will need to answer any enquiriesfrom them or we can not accept responsibility forcompensation. The packing materials must be keptfor the carrier’s inspection.Returning GoodsPlease telephone us immediately if the goods arrivedamaged. A full refund, including postage costs, willbe made on receipt of the returned goods.You may change your mind and cancel your orderat any time from placing the order until 7 workingdays after you take delivery. Your cancellation mustbe in writing, either by letter or email, and the costof returning the goods will remain your responsibility.The goods must be returned undamaged sothat they can be resold at the full price.
