1091DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT PANEL 24.09.2008NOTE:This Development Plan Consent does not include any authorisation for the removalof any trees from Council owned land. The consent of the Commissioner of Highways is thereforerequired under the Metropolitan Adelaide Road Widening Plan Act. A consent formmust be completed by the applicant and returned to the Department for Transport,Energy and Infrastructure with three copies of the approved site plan.NOTE:The bus stop along Brighton Road is indented to enable smooth traffic flow alongthis road. Prior to the undertaking of any work the applicant should contact WayneStewart of the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure public TransportDivision on telephone (08) 8303 0979.NOTE:The access to the development including all road works, shall be designed andconstructed to the satisfaction of the Department for Transport, Energy andInfrastructure.
