Direct Online Applications will be registeredby Applicants using the online platform offered by the StockExchanges. The Lead Managers, the Co-Lead Managers,the Lead Brokers, our Company and the Registrar to theIssue are not responsible for any acts, mistakes or errors oromission and commissions in relation to, (i) the Applicationsaccepted by the SCSBs, (ii) the Applications uploaded by theSCSBs, (iii) the Applications accepted but not uploaded bythe SCSBs, (iv) with respect to ASBA Applications acceptedand uploaded by the SCSBs without blocking funds in theASBA Accounts, or (v) any Applications accepted bothuploaded and/or not uploaded by the Trading Members ofthe Stock Exchange.(b) In case of apparent data entry error by the Lead Managers,the Co-Lead Managers, Lead Brokers, sub-brokers, TradingMembers of the Stock Exchange, Escrow Collection Banksor Designated Branches of the SCSBs, as the case may be,in entering the Application Form number in their respectiveschedules other things remaining unchanged, the ApplicationForm may be considered as valid and such exceptions may berecorded in minutes of the meeting submitted to the DesignatedStock Exchange.(c) The Stock Exchange will offer an electronic facility forregistering Applications for the Issue.
