2. Products and Services<br />

The ability to perform advanced neutron techniques and adm<strong>in</strong>ister<br />

complex tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g programmes has been recently demonstrated.<br />

For example, NAA has been successfully performed for soil and<br />

geological mapp<strong>in</strong>g, and pollution assessments and neutron<br />

diffraction has been used for material studies. The overall agenda<br />

also encompasses both radioisotope production and education and<br />

tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g programmes. The follow<strong>in</strong>g summarizes major activities<br />

around the RR facility:<br />
