Roberta EsbittProperty Owners and Developers RepresentativeMs Esbitt is an internationally registered architect with over 30 years’ worldwide experience. After servingas Architect for the European Commission in Brussels for many years, she moved to Melbourne where shehas managed her own property development company for fifteen years.She has a Bachelor of Architecture (Cornell University, New York), as well as a double Diploma of Buildingand Building Surveying (RMIT) and a Master of Business (Property) (RMIT).Ms Esbitt lectures on post-graduate property at RMIT, and is appointed to the Hearing Panel Lists forseveral National Statutory Boards. She is Chair of the Surveying Task Force Inc. She is a Distinguished LifeMember of the Association of Professional Engineers Scientists and Managers Australia, having served formany years on the National Board. Ms Esbitt was past President of the Association of ProfessionalArchitects and first Vice-President of the National Association of Women in Construction (Australia).Gaye MasonCommunity RepresentativeMs Mason has more than 30 years’ finance and governance experience in both the corporate and publicsectors. She holds an MBA, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of CompanyDirectors and is a Chartered Secretary.Ms Mason chairs the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria Governance Committee. She is also amember of the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, and sits on the board of the PhysiotherapistsRegistration Board of Victoria and the IWDA Foundation. She is an independent member of the VictorianDepartment of Health Audit & Risk Management Committee, the City of Port Phillip Audit Committee, andthe Adult Multicultural Education Services' Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. Ms Mason is a retiredboard member of CPA Australia and is a past President of CPA Australia's Victorian Division in 2006/07.Stephen JonesLawyer – administrativeMr Jones has been a practising barrister in Victoria for 24 years.He is a member of the Victorian Bar with extensive experience in administrative law, property law, townplanning law and environmental law.Mr Jones is a former member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal of Victoria, the predecessor to theVictorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.He has a Bachelor of Laws (Monash University) and a Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning (Universityof Melbourne).Page 17 of 52
