By using only a single componentin series with our specially designedAudiovector drivers, we managed to cutdown crossover losses to an absoluteminimum. This ultra-simple approach– compared with the multiple-componentcrossover variations of other speakers– is one of the landmark advances weachieved when developing our earlier topend speakers. So we knew we had a toughtask ahead of us if we were to improve onour own technological advances. Nothingexisted which could come close to outperformingwhat we had already invented.Obsessive trials and testing finallyrewarded us with new Dynamic FeedForward (DFF) technology, which resultsin a 50% reduction in loss of our alreadyunbeatable Mi3 series. If normalspeakers are put in a “hostileenvironment” – a room with a lot ofecho – they tend to underperform.That is why we have designeda technology which makes ourspeakers actively adapt to theirspecific environment.
