Bookings<br />

A booking can be made by telephone or in person and all<br />

bookings will be considered provisional until we are in receipt<br />

of £15.00 per person deposit.<br />

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and all deposits<br />

must be made by 1st October 2012.<br />

<strong>The</strong> final numbers must be confirmed with the balance<br />

payable in full by 31st October 2012. Unfortunately these<br />

payments are non-refundable.<br />

Special Dietary Requirements<br />

We are happy to arrange any vegetarian meal or any other<br />

special requirements your party may have with prior notice. It<br />

may not always be possible to accommodate a special meal if<br />
