SWISS SKI PROPERTY MARKET...In March 2012 a Swiss federal law was passed capping the incidence of Second-Homes to 20%. Saas-Fee has one of the best snowrecords of any resort in Europe.As lower altitude resorts sufferthe relentless effects of climatechange, this snow-security willincreasingly set Saas-Fee apartfrom the competition.
