Booking Terms and Condi�ons.<br />

To ensure the smooth running of the hotel over the busy <strong>Christmas</strong> period<br />

it is necessary to follow the terms and condi�ons detailed below for all<br />

<strong>Christmas</strong> <strong>Party</strong> reserva�ons.<br />

We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation<br />

•A provisional booking can be held for one week only at which point a deposit of £10 per person<br />

for lunch bookings and £20 per person for evening bookings is required to secure the<br />

reserva�on. If you are booking accommoda�on a £40 deposit per room is also required.<br />

• We regret that any bookings with deposits outstanding a�er one week will be automa�cally<br />

cancelled.<br />

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and any individual who does not turn<br />

up will automa�cally lose their deposit.<br />

• The deposit cannot be used to offset the final bill should numbers drop.<br />

• Final numbers must be confirmed on 1st December. The final numbers confirmed will be the<br />

number charged for unless the numbers increase.<br />

Addi�onal numbers can only be accommodated subject to availability. Any unconfirmed seats at<br />

1st December will be re-released for sale.<br />

• Final payment must be se�led in full one week prior to your party booking and we can only<br />

issue one bill per booking. If the event falls within the seven days, full payment is required<br />

within 48 hours of the booking being made.<br />

• Lunch bookings between 12.30pm - 3.00pm are welcome to remain in the restaurant un�l<br />

5.00pm when we require the tables for our early evening bookings.<br />

• In the case of large par�es it may not be possible to seat the en�re party at the one table but we<br />

will endeavour to keep the party together as far as is reasonably possible. We cannot pre-allocate<br />

tables prior to the event or guarantee sea�ng plans in advance.<br />

• For all party nights in the Oisin Suite the meal will be served at 8pm sharp with<br />

entertainment commencing at 10.30pm<br />

• For <strong>Whistledown</strong> Bistro bookings it is essen�al that your party arrive at the �me stated on your<br />

booking form.<br />

• Your order can be submi�ed in advance by comple�ng the enclosed order form, but it is<br />

essen�al that all party members correctly remember their advance order on the night. It is<br />

advisable to retain a photocopy of the pre-order submi�ed.<br />

• <strong>Party</strong> nights in The Oisin Suite are restricted to those who have dined in the Func�on suite.<br />

Extra guests will not be permi�ed to join the party night for entertainment only.<br />

• No company charges will be permi�ed unless prior arrangement is made with one<br />

of the <strong>Hotel</strong>’s senior management.<br />

• If any of your party has any special dietary requirements, please no�fy us at least one week<br />

prior to your party reserva�on.<br />
