• Definitions of severe hemorrhage(1) Loss of entire blood volume within 24 h;(2) Loss of 50% of blood volume within 3 h;(3) Blood loss at a rate of 150 ml/min (for 20 min>50% blood volume);(4) Blood loss at a rate of 1.5 ml/kg/min for ≥20 min;(5) Sudden blood loss >1500–2000 ml (uterine atony; 25–35% blood volume).PROPOSAL OF RECOMMENDATION FOR THE USEOF rFVIIa IN SEVERE POSTPARTUM HEMORRHAGE
