ENVIRO-PURE Concrete & Terrazzo Sealer – All the benefits of a solvent seal with a water base.
A dual acrylic blend that offers outstanding resistance to acids and other harsh chemicals. Can be used
indoors or outdoors on concrete, terrazzo or any other non-resilient floor surface. Will not yellow.

Floor Cleaners/Restorer/Spray Buffs
RINSE FREE FLOOR CLEANER & BRIGHTENER – One step mop on, let dry to a clean shiny floor.
Can be used in automatic scrubber machines. Popular as a dry buff solution. For use on marble, tile,
new “no wax floors”, etc. Typical dilution 2 to 3 ounces per gallon of water. Pleasant Lemon fragrance.

MASTERCARE RTU High Speed Restorer – A specially formulated ready-to-use high solids floor
finish restorer designed to help maintain gloss in heavily trafficked areas. Renews the “wet look” of any
high speed floor finish. Ideal for use with any low-speed and super high-speed floor machines. Use level
pH of 8.0. Color: Milky White. HMIS: H=2 F=0 R=0.
SPRAY N’ BUFF RTU Floor Finish Repair – A ready-to-use liquid floor cleaner and polisher
designed to remove black heel marks, tar and dirt while restoring the original floor finish luster. Spray on
and buff the floor to “snap back” the shine Use level pH of 8.0. Color: Milky White. HMIS: H=2 F=0 R=0.
Floor Finish Strippers
AMAZING STRIP 13 (Ammoniated) – High dilution, heavy-duty stripper fortified with ammonia.
Quickly penetrates, emulsifies and holds dirt and floor finish in suspension until rinsed. Dilute from 4 to
10 ounces per gallon of water depending upon floor conditions. Use level pH range of 10.7 to 11.8.
Color: Yellow. HMIS: H=3 F=0 R=1.
GUARDIAN “BARE BONES” WAX STRIPPER (Non-Ammoniated) – Newly formulated concentrated
floor stripper. Quickly and easily penetrates the new modern floor finishes and removes old
accumulated deposits. Dilute from 32 ounces per gallon of water depending upon floor conditions. Ideal
for mop-on, mop-off applications. Use level pH of 13.2. Color: Blue. HMIS: H=3 F=0 R=1.
BRUTE WAX STRIPPER (Non-Ammoniated) – Our most popular, highly concentrated floor
stripper. Rapidly penetrates and strips the new, modern floor finishes. Makes even tough jobs easier.
Dilute anywhere from 12 to 32 ounces per gallon of water depending upon floor conditions. Ideal for
mop-on, mop-off applications. Use level pH range from 11.0 to 12.5. Color: Blue. HMIS: H=3 F=0 R=1.
MAX-IT EXTRA HEAVY DUTY STRIPPER (Non-Ammoniated) – Top of the line stripper.
Quickly emulsifies & liquifies old floor finishes for easy pick-up either with a wet vacuum or residue. May
also be mopped up. Dilute from 4 oz. per gallon of water depending upon floor conditions. Use level pH
of 13.0 Color: Amber-Orange. HMIS: H=3 F=0 R=1. UN #2491. CORROSIVE PRODUCT.
