AMAZING STRIP 13 (Ammoniated) – High dilution, heavy-duty stripper fortified with ammonia.

GUARDIAN “BARE BONES” WAX STRIPPER (Non-Ammoniated) – Newly formulated concentrated

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Mission Laboratories (Mission, Seller):
Payment is due in full not later than 30 days from date of invoice. Consistently late payers risk losing Credit Privileges.
Past due amounts over 30 days are subject to 1.5% financing charge. No order will be processed or released by the
credit department if any invoices are past due. A 2% discount is given to all C.O.D. transactions. All returned checks are
subject to $25.00 service charge.
Attorney fees, collection costs, and court costs will be payable by the customer in the event of any claim being turned
over for collections. All obligations, if any are stated in our credit application and will also apply with regard to any past
due amounts.
Return Policy:
(A) Promptly upon receipt of all products delivered, customer shall be responsible to inspect such products for any
damage, defect or shortage. All claims for shortages or non-delivery and any claim for damage shall be waived unless
customer notifies Mission of the same within five (5) working days after receipt of product to which the claim relates, and
the affected products are returned to Mission within ten (10) working days after receipt of product to which the claim
relates, provided Mission shall have authorized such return.
(B) Except for products returned as in (A) above, no return of products will be accepted unless Mission shall have
specifically authorized such return, in which event, customer will be responsible for a 15% restocking charge, and
charges for transportation.
Note: There will be no exchange or return on special formula and/or private label products and/or Mission label
non-stock items, except where product is shown to be defective when used as directed.
Order and Delivery Policy:
All orders must meet a minimum of $100.00. There is no delivery charge for orders in excess of $500.00 (excluding
bleach, aerosols, absorbents and urn sands) to a single location within “delivery zones” served by Mission Laboratories'
trucks. Orders under $500 are will call. Please contact one of Mission's customer service representatives for expanded
delivery zones, freight policies and UPS charges outside our regular "delivery zones". These policies supercede any
and all prior delivery policies published elsewhere.
Title and Risk of Loss:
Title and risk of loss for all merchandise shall pass to buyer on delivery by Mission to a common carrier, regardless of the
freight terms stated or method of payment for transportation charges. Customers are responsible for compliance with
D.O.T. regulations when "will calling" product.
Will Call hours 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. $100.00 minimum order. Minimum of one (1) day lead time for stock items.
UPS Shipments:
No corrosive products will be shipped via UPS. UPS orders incur a fee of $5.00 per case, pail or drum for special
handling and shipping.
UN Numbers: A world-wide hazardous material number is used to classify potentially dangerous chemicals shipped
throughout the world. These products will be shipped in UN/D.O.T. packaging only.

Federal, State and Local Regulatory Compliance: All Mission products are produced and sold in full compliance with
all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to regulations of the EPA, USDA and parallel state and
local regulatory bodies.
Pallet Charges: Please exchange all pallets at time of delivery to avoid a pallet charge. All pallets must be 40 x 48, 4-
way hardwood, in good condition with no broken boards. Pallets that are not returned from a drop shipment will be
charged to the customer who originated the drop shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

New Artwork Charges:
There is a one-time charge of $50.00 per label to partly defray the cost of artwork, computer graphics, film positive and
producing the silkscreen. A $25.00 charge will also apply for a customer request to change a phone number, address,
etc. on an existing silkscreen. If a second color of ink is desired, there will be an additional $0.15 cents per bottle
up-charge for gallon and $0.06 cents for quart containers and a $1.00 up-charge for each two (2) Color 5 or 6
gallon pail. ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS TO COMPLETE AND APPROVE EACH NEW PRIVATE LABEL
ARTWORK.
All customer supplied labels must be approved by Mission Laboratories before printing. This is to insure that the label
meets all state and federal requirements, guidelines and precautionary statements.
Private Label Sweeping Compounds:
Private label available with 5,000 lbs. minimum orders - paper labels only. Fifty ($50.00) dollar one time charge per item
for paper labels or customer may furnish their own label after Mission Laboratories approval of instructions and
precautionary statements.
Private Label Powders:
Any powder product may be private labeled with a 2,500 lb. minimum order. Paper label only. Fifty ($50.00) dollar one
time art charge per item. Customer may furnish their own label after Mission Laboratories approval of instructions and
precautionary statements.
Product Use Policy:
Unless product is used strictly in accordance with label instructions and MSDS, Mission Laboratories shall not be
responsible for any claim arising (directly or indirectly) from the use of its products or for any consequential damages
arising therefrom.
Delays:
Mission Laboratories shall not be responsible for any delay in performance due to wars, embargoes, riots, fire, floods,
accidents, strikes, labor difficulties, shortage of transportation, fuel, labor or material, acts of God, acts of government
authorities, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Mission Laboratories.
Mission Laboratories Guarantee:
The product supplied will perform when used as directed according to the directions stated on the original container. In
the event of the product not performing as stated thereon, Mission Laboratories will replace such product, as per our
Return Policy stated above. No other liability will rest on Mission Laboratories for any reason whatsoever.
Price Changes:
Mission Laboratories attempts to give customers 30 day advance notice of price changes, but reserves the right to
change prices without notice.
