■ Automatic drum filler with one working station
(Photo: Shown with stainless steel protection cabin)
Transported by roller conveyor, drums are automatically
positioned, de-bunged, filled on our highly accurate lifting
scale, bunged, and cap sealed. A single tool carriage moves
into position to effect the above operations. The degree of
automation is flexible and can always be extended as part
of our modular design.
■ Automatic drum filler with four working stations
(Photo: Shown with inert gas puring and protected fill cabin)
While your empty drum is automatically positioned and debunged,
a de-bunged drum is filled in the filling station and a
filled drum bunged in the closing station. The chain conveyor
transports drums from one station to the next with precision
in single cycle steps.
Turbo
Drums are automatically de-bunged and bunged in the centring and
closing station, and simultaneously filled in the pre- and final filling
station. The pre-filling unit works in coarse flow mode and transmits
the tare weight. The final filling unit works in coarse and fine flow
mode. The intelligent scale with high precision automatically optimizes
both filling cycles for optimal output. The drums are forwarded in
cycled step operation through the equipment.
Type 86
■ Automatic drum filler with six working stations
Drums are automatically positioned, de-bunged, closed, and
optionally cap sealed. The filling mode fills two drums at the
same time in coarse and fine flow in the centre of the equipment.
The transport works alternately in double and single
transport cycles to move two drums to the filling stations
with one drum in and out of the filler.
