<strong>Automatic</strong> Pallet <strong>Filling</strong> Machine for the filling of containers on a pallet<br />
Before the filling starts, your containers are placed on pallets. Their openings are positioned using a positioning template or are programmed<br />
via Teach-In with a joystick. The filling unit automatically approaches these positions one after the other and fills the containers<br />
as per W&M legislation. The design and dimensions of the machine make filling in several layers and the filling of IBC’s (totes)<br />
possible. .<br />
A range of products is available that has particularly been designed to meet your requirements<br />
on gravimetric filling of containers from 1 kg to 3,000 kg. You can choose from a variety of<br />
semi-automatic and fully automatic filling machines. We can offer complete systems for fully<br />
automatic packaging processes through the combination of filling equipment with our conveyor<br />

The concept<br />
An automatic filling machine of the type range 30 for the filling of drums, cans/pails or even palletised containers will soon pay off.<br />
These machines do without the wide ranging combinations of variants which enable the integration of the electro-pneumatic control<br />
with the keypad into one compact stainless steel control cabinet. The control cabinet is directly connected to the machine – completely<br />
wired and hosed. The frame construction, appropriate for lorry transport, guarantees low shipping cost and minimal installation work<br />
on site.<br />
The same applies to hazardous area application. In this case, the control cabinet is purged (pressurisation, EExp, in conformity<br />
with ATEX regulation). Thus, no cable or hose laying is required!<br />

Feeding, exact positioning, filling (W&M approved filling) and removal for out-feed of one drum at a time.<br />
And it is up to you: The drum can even be de-bunged, re-bunged or purged.<br />
A double filling station (pre- and final filling) is also available to increase the output.<br />

For in-feed and out-feed your containers are transported with a roller conveyor. A lateral conveyor between the roller conveyors exactly<br />
positions the containers to the filling station where they are filled as per W&M legislation.<br />
Additional working steps may be effected at the other positions: removal of dust caps, inerting, bunging of caps, placing and pressing<br />
in of lids.<br />
In order to increase the output the filling can be effected with product flow control.<br />
