CERAMIC FIBER BLANKET
Ceramic fiber product are made from exceptionally pure
alumina, silica and refactory oxides. This assures that all
ceramics fiber have excellent temperature resistance,
outstanding thermal stability, and good resistance to
devitrification.
Technical Characteristic and Application :

The high purity fibers have good resistance to devitrification and are suitable or use up to 1260 0 C
• Low thermal conductivity
Ceramic fiber is an excellent insulator, having lower thermal conductivity than normal refacton lining material

ROCKWOOL BLANKET
Rockwool product are made from silica oxida, aluminium oxide,
calsium monoxida and others. This assures that all rockwool have
good temperature resistance, outstanding thermal stability, and good
resistance to devitrification. These product is an ideal insulation
material and suitable for acoustic absorption effects.
Technical Characteristics :
1. Small thermal conductivity and good performance of insulation
The fiber of rockwool is fine and flexible. The fiber is well distributed,
thermal conductivity is between 0.039 and 0.043 W/m.k. Rock wool is
an ideal insulation material to reach excellent result of energy saving.
2. Fire resistance
This product is accredited as a non-combustable material by tested to ASME E-136. The Rockwool product are
based on stone wool, which cannot burn and which can stand temperatures up to 650
degrees C. Rockwool stone the best guarantee for an effective fire protection.
3. Sound Insulation
Rock wool products are usually used for sound absorption in wall of building.
4. Moisture absorption
These product are water-repellent, non-hygroscopic. Rockwool absorbs very little water from the air.
For example, at relative humidity of 90 per cent the hygroscopic water content in rockwool is only approx. 0.004 per
cent by volume, which is totally unimportant in practice.
5. Corrosion resistance
As rockwool is made from practically non-alkaline materials, it does not react chemically and therefore does not
support corrosion.
6. Chemical Properties / Biological properties
Mineral wool is neutral (PH 7) or slightly alkaline and meet the requirement of standard ASTM C 795 JIS A 9504. It
will not normally support the growth of molds, fungi and bacteria.

Application
Normal type among blankets, which is suitable for big diameter pipelines, boilers, vessels, flat and irregular surface,
building walls with good thermal and accoustic absorption effects.

Product Description
The pipe section is produced from non-combustible mineral fibers. It
performs strong and rigid. Each section is split at one side and hinged
at the other side for easy installation.
Application
The pipe sections are suitable for application on process and piping
works operating at maximum temperature 750°C, with outer diameter
of the Insulation up to 610mm. It can also be used in air-conditioning
systems, flange and central-heating, The high water-repellent effect
and external shock resistance make it Ideal for application In condition
where water can penetrate the Insulation system and great
compression resistance is required.

THERMO COVER
The conventional heat insulator has a drawback
that disassembly and remounting work had to
be done if overhaul and maintenance of the
insulated instrument reduce the irksome work
was far as possible, THERMO COVER, an
economical energy-saving and resources-saving
type heat insulator, was invented by integrating
the insulator and jacket to enable them to be
easily mounted, disassembled and remounted.
Characteristics :
(1) All-weather type :
Being different from the conventional heat insulator, made of
asbestos material, THERMO COVER has a substrate made of
silicone coated glasscloth, characterized by an all-weather type
insulator with water heat oil and chemical resistance.
(2) Freely mountable and dismountable :
Being fixed using snap hook, button and adhesive tape etc. with
specific devices according to the individual applications,
THERMO COVER can be mounted and dismounted easily by
everyone with no special skillfulness.
(3) Beatiful and economical
Appearance of THERMO COVER is colored with silicone of light
gray or silver, Since a dust-free atmosphere can be maintained
on the occasion of mounting and dismounting, THERMO
COVER is the most suitable insulator for the precision
instrument plant, food plant and hospital where environmental
preservation should be strictly kept.
THERMO COVER is an economical insulator because it is
repeatedly usable having a low dissipation of energy.
(4) A custom made product is available
Products in compliance with all purposes, not only for the flange
and valve uses but also for the measuring instrument, flexible
pipe and pump device uses, are provided.

As filled material, glass wool for low tempera
ture use up to about 250 °C, rockwool, long

Standard type products can be made for ball valve and flange.
THERMO COVER for other valves and equipment is
custommade. Dimensional drawings or on-site diagrams of pipe
slittings and wiring are always necessary, (Assignment of muffler
type or handle cap is recommended. On-site measurement will
be conducted by us.)
