Professional Cookery NVQ level 3<br />

Advanced professional cookery course designed <strong>for</strong> people<br />

who wish to further develop their culinary skills in the area of<br />

food preparation and cooking.<br />

Entry requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant<br />

experience, Professional Cookery NVQ level 2 or equivalent<br />

and a College interview<br />

Possible next steps: Foundation Degree in Hospitality.<br />

Hospitality Supervision NVQ level 3<br />

This qualification is <strong>for</strong> people who work at a supervisory level<br />

or who aspire to work as supervisors within the hospitality and<br />

catering industry.<br />

Entry requirements: Professional Cookery NVQ level 2 or<br />

equivalent, employment or relevant experience. There is also a<br />

College interview.<br />

Possible next steps: Foundation Degree in Hospitality<br />

Management.<br />
