All Komfort solid core doors with a vision panel and fitted with approved fire safety glass have been bedded in intumescent mastic and are FD30 rated and have been tested in accordance with British Standard 476: Part22: 1987. Please note that with the inclusion of the glazing bead, the visible glass size is equal to Aperture size less 30mm. Our 1 hour fire rated vision panel in a single door uses code 567 (Pyroglaze) with the glazing beads and Georgian wired glass. Maximum 20% of door area (not to exceed 0.6m 2 for 54mm thick doors, not to exceed 0.2m 2 for 44mm thick doors). Please note that with the inclusion of the glazing bead, the visible glass size is equal to Aperture size less 50mm.
