Registration
You can register on-site for the whole conference package. We do not offer registrations
for single days. For on-site registration you can pay cash or by credit-card. Proof of
student status is required.
Participation Fees: On-site Registration

GfV Member 140 €
Undergraduate / PhD students 75 €
The participation fee includes:

Name Badge
Your personal name badge should be worn during the whole congress. It also includes
the Kombi-Ticket for the public transport in and around Heidelberg (VRN).
Oral presentations
IMPORTANT: Only abstracts whose presenting authors are registered and who have
paid the participation fees can be considered for oral or poster presentations!
The chairmen of the workshops have evaluated all submitted abstracts for oral
presentations. Authors were informed about acceptance of their abstract for an oral
presentation.
The congress language is English. The duration of an oral presentation is limited to 10
minutes plus 5 minutes discussion. All lecture halls will be equipped with a beamer and
a computer. You are requested to bring your presentation on a memory stick or on a
CD-ROM. Personal laptops will not be allowed.
