Cylindrical and<br />
tapered bores<br />
The large majority of SNR <strong>Premier</strong> <strong>spherical</strong> <strong>roller</strong><br />
<strong>bearings</strong> are available both in cylindrical and tapered<br />
bore (taper 1/12), identified by the suffix K. The<br />
24000 and 24100 series <strong>bearings</strong> feature 1/30<br />
taper, with K30 suffix.<br />
Lubrication<br />
groove and holes<br />
The SNR <strong>Premier</strong> <strong>spherical</strong> <strong>roller</strong> <strong>bearings</strong> are delivered<br />
protected with an anti-oxident and not lubricated.<br />
To facilitate lubrication, all SNR <strong>spherical</strong> <strong>roller</strong><br />
<strong>bearings</strong>, except those of the 21300 series, are<br />
equipped with a lubrication groove, and 3 lubrication<br />
holes on the outer ring, identified by suffix W33.<br />
Their dimensions are indicated on pages 23 to 27.<br />
Upon request, these <strong>bearings</strong> can be delivered<br />
without lubrication groove or holes.<br />
For vertical shaft applications, particular attention<br />
must be paid to the lubricant supply. SNR recommends<br />
oil lubrication.<br />
Fitting dimensions<br />
The values mentioned in the tables on pages 23<br />
to 27 concern the maximum value of r 1 and the<br />
shoulder section diameter.<br />
For adapter sleeve mounting, the bearing ring<br />
dimensions must be taken into account.<br />
