program the food replicators.

This class is about French tradition pretty 

much alien to this part of the country. The 

reason for offering my time and knowledge 

in this regard is linked to my passion for 

food and willingness to share it with people 

of similar interests. It is more than food 

to me, it is more than a class. In this class 

students will learn to make crepes in their 

homes, sweet and savory fillings, to be 

offered as main dishes as well as dessert. 

Students will also learn the cultural background 

of crepes, as well as open discussion 

about French cuisine in a relaxed and 

personable atmosphere.

his very popular, drawing method in simplified 

form, to prepare you for the pencil 

drawings that precede these small works. 

When each design is as you like it, additional 

line work is applied with pen and 

ink. You'll be directed to remove some of

each of the prepared drawings will come to 

life as you apply beautiful transparent 

watercolor washes that don't even have to

form uses simple and few materials, which

Beginning Horsemanship -Favorite!! 

Whether you're getting your first horse, getting 

back into horses after a long absence, 

or just curious about who and what a horse 

is, this is your horse course. The course 

covers a number of topics conducted in a 

hands-on, relaxed setting. Included in the 

class are: horse psychology and herd 

behavior, even if it's just you and your 

horse, it's a herd. Also, covered will be 

equine etiquette, basic care, feeding, 

grooming, shots, worming, Coggins and 

horse gear. You will be hands-on interacting 

with horses, so wear comfortable clothing 

that can get dirty and boots or shoes that tie 

or buckle securely. For safety considerations, 

no sandals or flip flops allowed. You 

will be required to sign a release of liability 

prior to participating. Must be 18 years and 

up. No experience necessary, this is not a 

riding class. Directions will be mailed. 

Instructor: Christie Kitchens - A lifelong 

horsewoman who grew up with working 

cow horses. She has been a dude wrangler, 

trail boss, riding instructor, breeder of 

American Quarter Horses and been 

involved in various therapeutic horsemanship

mares, foals of several ages and miniature 

donkeys.

some grammar is taught to clarify 

concepts. No long lists of vocabulary or 

lots of homework. The goal of this workshop 

is for students to produce their own 

thoughts in Spanish, beginning with simple 

sentences. Learning a foreign language 

helps to improve memory. It is also a useful 

asset when you travel, work in certain 

fields, or meet people. No previous knowledge 

of the language is required, only commitment 

to attend the classes is key to get

learned in previous courses, this is a good 

choice to get back. The upsurge of Spanish 

speakers has made it the third most widely 

spoken language in the world. A great way 

to exercise your mind and meet people 

with similar interest. This course is 

designed to review and provide tools 

which will enable you to express yourself 

in Spanish. The pace is set by the students' 

progress. Some Grammar is included to 

help the students build their own sentences 

correctly. Practice, conversation and role

Discussion about cultural issues is

keep your body in shape, you need to practice 

speaking that Spanish you already

some Spanish as a second language. The

carry a Concealed Handgun or renew a 

current license, under Texas Law you will 

need to attend this training course then 

apply to the Texas Department of Public 

Safety for a Concealed Handgun License. 

Upon successful completion of this class 

and submission of the application, DPS

no legal disqualification. This 10-hour, 

course will be taught by a full time law

Think of it as Motorcycling 101. 

In the basic course, we teach you how to operate a motorcycle, the best protective clothing to wear, 

how to avoid dangerous situations and, what's most important, how to get out of those dangerous situations
