Alternatively you can choose to build your returns requests manually using the barcode scanner, but by whichever method you choose, returns can be sent easily and electronic via the EDI suite or 3rd party providers such as Batch. Backorders The backorders module of Gardlink allows you to maintain and administer your Gardners backorders. Using the online real-time technology, Gardlink provides you with the latest information on all of your backorders, and you can even mark individual items for chasing or cancellation. This data also links in and updates your customer orders, even when you are making unrelated enquiries.
