The CHIRON 15 series machining centers are among 

the best machine tools worldwide of their class 

in terms of speed, compact construction, stability 

and reliability. They have enormous reserves for 

great milling capacity. Numerous confi guration and 

equipment options provide the ideal solution for 

any job. 

The machining centers can be supplied as single 

or double-spindle. Either with the lightningfast 

basket tool changer or with a pick-up tool 

magazine. 

With chip-to-chip times from 1.7 s, rapid feed 

rates of up to 75 m / min and axis acceleration of 

up to 12 m / s², the 15 series performs at the top 

of its class with regard to productivity. Based on 

its modular construction, every basic 15 machine 

can be combined to provide a perfect individual

Integrated 0° / 180° workpiece changing device for 

loading and unloading during machining with 4th NC axis 

on both sides and counter-bearing for clamping bridge 

with multiple setups.
