Victoria Grange Aged Care Victoria Grange Aged Care is a purpose built residential aged care facility situated in Vermont South, Victoria. The facility, which offers high care and low care ageing in place, has highly committed, professional staff providing excellent care to residents. At Australian Unity we recognise that the transition to an aged care facility can be a sensitive and difficult time for a new resident and their family. This is why the team at Victoria Grange Aged Care focus on resident wellbeing and encourage family and friends to play an active part in residents’ lifestyles. There are over 100 rooms in the aged care building, all with classic interiors and quality furnishings. The décor and Victorian style architecture make for a welcoming living environment. All rooms contain a single ensuite bathroom and most have spacious balcony courtyard access.
