Objetivos <strong>General</strong>es II PISMA:<br />

5. Desarrollar unos sistemas <strong>de</strong> información que permitan conocer la magnitud<br />
<strong>de</strong> los problemas <strong>de</strong> salud mental y la calidad <strong>de</strong> la atención prestada, para<br />
evaluar y planificar mejores servicios.<br />
6. Mejorar la calidad <strong>de</strong> vida <strong>de</strong> las personas con enfermedad mental y <strong>de</strong> su<br />
entorno, y procurar que puedan ejercer los <strong>de</strong>rechos que como ciudadanos<br />
y ciudadanas les correspon<strong>de</strong>n.<br />
7. Fomentar una mayor sensibilización social que contribuya a reducir el<br />
estigma <strong>de</strong> la enfermedad mental.<br />
8. Fomentar la participación activa <strong>de</strong> colectivos <strong>de</strong> pacientes, familiares,<br />
profesionales y agentes comunitarios en cada una <strong>de</strong> las fases <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>sarrollo<br />
<strong>de</strong>l Plan.<br />
