ESTRATEGIA: Promoción <strong>de</strong> la salud en personas con enfermedad mental<br />
Objetivos específicos:<br />
– Promover estilos <strong>de</strong> vida saludable en las personas con TMG.<br />
– Mejorar los hábitos alimentarios y <strong>de</strong> ejercicio físico,así como reducir el<br />
consumo <strong>de</strong> tabaco y otras sustancias nocivas, en las personas con n TMG.<br />
– Promover mecanismos <strong>de</strong> coordinación y cooperación entre los niveles <strong>de</strong><br />
Atención Primaria y Especializada.<br />
– Promover la investigación en promoción <strong>de</strong> la salud y cuidados en el área<br />
<strong>de</strong> salud general en personas con TMG.<br />
