Rates are per person, based on double occupancy and cruise only. 3rd and/or 4th person rate (when sharing with 2 double occupancy passengers) is
$599 per person. Singles Rates are 200% of the above rates. Taxes are $114.66 per person and subject to change. All rates are subject to availability at
the time of booking.
EVENT REGISTRATION FEE: Because this is a private event, in addition to the cruise fare, a $150 per person Event Fee is due on or before final
payment. Only those passengers booked through our agency will be admitted to our Steampunk events. You will be issued I.D. Badges.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: A $350 per person deposit ($700 per cabin) is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due on or before May
10, 2012. Payments may be made by check, credit card or Pay Pal.
PAYMENT PLAN: An optional customized monthly payment plan is available for you without service or finance charges.
Airfare & Transfers: Please call us for quotes for airfare and transfers. If you plan to arrive on day of Embarkation, August 5th, arrive no later than
1:00pm; if you are flying home of day of Disembarkation, August 12th, schedule your return flight for no earlier than 12 noon.

Steampunk Alaska Cruise Adventure. When you’re not at our private events, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the Pools, Spa, Gym, Restaurants,
Lounges and open Decks. Whether it’s cold and rainy or warm and sunny, the mysterious beauty of Alaska is yours to discover.
THE FOOD: The chefs will be working around the clock preparing your favorite foods and this is included in your cruise fare! So is room service.
TELL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS: This is the perfect family vacation. The ship is fun for people of all ages and there are plenty of shipboard
activities and entertainment for everybody’s interest.

GRATUITIES: Holland America will charge approximately $12 per person per day to your onboard account for gratuities for your cabin steward and
dining room stewards.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: Each passenger must bring proper proof of citizenship. For US Citizens: A VALID PASSPORT IS STRONGLY REC-
OMMENDED. Anyone without proper proof of citizenship will be denied boarding.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: If you are under 21 years of age the cruise line requires that you travel with someone 21 years or older in the same cabin
or in a cabin nearby. Certain exceptions may be allowed.

Cancellation Penalties begin on May 21, 2012. All cancellations must be received in writing. Name changes or additions will be allowed at Holland
America’s discretion and are subject to cancellation charges, change fees and rate increases. Cruises Cruises Cruises reserves the right to cancel
this event due to lack of participation in which case you will receive a full refund. A minimum of 300 passengers must sail for this event to take place.
