<strong><strong>Gr</strong>ilamid</strong>, <strong><strong>Gr</strong>ivory</strong>, <strong><strong>Gr</strong>ilflex</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Gr</strong>ilon are compliant with REACH<br />
Dear Sir or Madam<br />
With this letter we would like to confirm that our products fully comply with Regulation<br />
(EC) No. 1907/2006, commonly known as "REACH".<br />
We have taken the following actions to achieve REACH-compliance:<br />
1) we have appointed EMS-CHEMIE (Deutschl<strong>and</strong>) GmbH as our only representative<br />
2) our only representative has pre-registered all affected substances<br />
3) we use no substances of very high concern (SVHC) in our products<br />
Our only representative fulfils the obligations of importers under Article 8 for our<br />
products. <strong><strong>Gr</strong>ilamid</strong>, <strong><strong>Gr</strong>ivory</strong>, <strong><strong>Gr</strong>ilflex</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Gr</strong>ilon have the same status as products that<br />
are manufactured in the EU.<br />
Our suppliers have confirmed that the necessary raw materials will be available under<br />
REACH. We are convinced that we can continue to offer you our broad product<br />
assortment in the future.<br />
