Aeration Basin Modifications<br />
Must have 4 aeration basins in service in Winter<br />
Can meet current permit with three basins in other<br />
seasons<br />
Once aeration basin No.5 is operational, two of the<br />
four existing basins can be removed from service at a<br />
time<br />
