this special luncheon. Independent Sales Directors who achieve Star Sales Director status from June 16, 2011, through<br />

June 15, 2012, with a least 60 Star Consultants in their units also will be invited.<br />

Way to Grow Luncheon<br />

Independent Sales Directors who complete their Way to Grow goal three of the four months from March 1, 2012, through<br />

June 30, 2012 – along with all of their contributing unit members with at least one new active team member* – will<br />

receive an invitation to the Way to Grow Luncheon and a name badge ribbon.<br />

Royalty Reception, Day 2<br />

Independent Beauty Consultants and Independent Sales Directors who achieve any of the courts or unit circles, plus<br />

Go-Give® Award nominees, will be invited.<br />

Special Cadillac Unit Dining Area<br />

Independent Sales Directors who qualify for the use of a pink Cadillac as of June 30, 2012, plus all of their unit<br />

Last year, generous donations from you and your customers helped The<br />

Mary Kay Foundation donate more than $5 million to its two causes, the<br />

elimination of cancers that affect women and violence against women.<br />

Our 2012 campaign kicks off March 23, and ends on Mary Kay’s birthday,<br />

May 12. Let’s honor Mary Kay Ash and her legacy of giving by sharing with<br />

your customers the wonderful work that the Foundation is doing – including<br />

the fact that over 97 percent of every dollar given to the Foundation goes<br />

to its two causes!<br />

Independent Beauty Consultants who collect donations of at least $50, $100 and $200 will receive name<br />

badge ribbons and standing recognition at Seminar 2012. All donations, accompanied by the proper form,<br />

must be postmarked by Friday, May 18, to receive Seminar recognition.
