Registration Fee The registration fee includes admission to all scientifi c
presentations, lunch on Friday and Saturday and a ticket for
public transportation on February 1 and 2, 2013.

The participation in the Covidien Satellite Symposium is free of
charge.

registration form on page 27 (please return to mentioned
address). Registration deadline is January 18, 2013. Please
register on-site after this date. You will receive a confi rmation
after payment.
A separate registration is needed for the following sessions:
“Covidien Satellite Symposium” on Thursday, January 31, 2013
“Snacks with experts“ on Friday, February 1, 2013
“Satellite Symposium for nurses” on February 1, 2013

Cancellation In case of cancellation until January 18, 2013 we will reimburse
your payment but an administration service fee of EUR 20,-
will be charged. No refunds will be made in the event of any
cancellations received after January 18, 2013.
